Tuition:
All students must pay their tuition before the beginning of the month. BaoBao Arts Centre can take credit card, Alipay, Wechat pay and etransfer. If EMT is prefered please send payment to golden_xwang_6@hotmail.com with students full name and class stated on the memo! Thank you!
Absence/Cancellation:
Group Lessons
- For every 4 months only 2 excused absences is allowed for make up class, any more then that will not be refunded nor allowed for credit or make up class
- Missed group lessons will not be refunded unless the school or instructor cancelled the class
Private Lessons
- Require a minimum of 24 hours notice for all cancellations
- Lesson(s) that must be missed due to teachers' illness or professional obligations will either be rescheduled or filled in by a qualified substitute arranged by the school of by the teacher.
- Lesson cannot be extended if students are late
- Within 4 months only 2 excused absences will be allowed for make up, and more will not be allowed for refund, credit, or make up. Music learning requires students/ devotion and responsibility. Frequent class cancellation will affect student learning and progress.
Camp
- Full refund can only be granted if students withdraw and notice admin 1 week in advance of camp start. Refund will not be granted once the 7 day period has passed.
